1. How many days does the shipment take?
The goods are shipped within 2-3 working days, from the moment we receive the payment of the order made by you.

2. Is transport included in the price?
Yes, in Italy transport is included in the price, while outside no. When the transport was not included in the price will be expressly indicated at the time of purchase.

3. If I am not satisfied with the product, or the item is damaged, can I return it? Within how many days?
Of course, you can return the product within 15 days of delivery.
To receive the refund and return the products, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw to the e-mail address, indicating the order number and the items you intend to return.
