What information we use and why.

The data you provide when placing an order is used to fulfil the sales contract and ship the products you ordered. We also use this data to send you a shipping confirmation email so you know when your goods will arrive. All the data we request when you register on the site or subscribe to the newsletter is intended to improve your shopping experience and make future orders quicker and easier. Any optional data we request is optional, so you are always free to provide it or ask us to delete it at any time.

Your credit card details

are NOT stored in our systems and none of our employees can read them. The only information we can see is the type of credit card used and its last 4 digits. We need this information to respond to your customer service enquiries and keep track of how orders are paid for. To process credit card payments, we use highly secure global systems and partners such as PayPal.

Contact history

Messages you send to our customer service team are stored so we can keep a record of your enquiries and respond to future support requests as quickly as possible. We need to do this to fulfil our contract with you and provide the best possible level of support.

Order history

We need to keep records of orders to fulfil the sales contract, check order processing and shipping status, and meet tax and legal obligations.

Saved wishlist history

Our systems automatically save the products you add to your wishlist,  so you can purchase them, improving your user experience and speeding up your shopping process. After all, if you click the save to wishlist button, you expect the products to be saved. Of course, you are always free to remove them at any time by clicking the relevant button.

In general, you are not required to give us any of the information above, but if you do not, you will not be able to purchase from our site simply because we could not fulfil your request without the required data. This is your choice and we respect it.

Sharing your information

We do NOT sell or transfer your data to third parties.

However, to provide our services and fulfil the sales contract, we need to share your data or make it available to:

  • Our employees, to provide services and fulfil the sales contract
  • Companies in our group, subsidiaries or affiliates, now or in the future
  • Partner companies that help us send your products, logistics companies and shipping companies (couriers)
  • Consultants or business partners who work for us to help us improve our services or ship your orders

Marketing Communications

Only after completing the form on the home page and giving your consent may you receive newsletters and marketing communications about new products or discounts and offers tailored to you.

You can remove your contact details from our mailing list at any time by simply sending an email to info@slooparredi.it  asking to unsubscribe.

Please note that, for technical reasons, unsubscribing from the newsletter may not take effect immediately.

We will retain your personal data for as long as you are our customer.

You can request the deletion of your data at any time by writing to our customer service team at info@slooparredi.it
